Hi! We are a project that is starting out in professional illustration, as well as concept art and comics, which we plan to publish in the not too distant future. Our style tends to stylized cartoon focused on the fantasy genre, but we can adapt to many others. If you want a fan art, a portrait, a scene, or give a visual aspect to your character, write us.

1 - About the technical aspects of the illustration
1.1 - The illustration will be done by default in 72 dpi format and in RGB.
1.2 - The illustrations will be made and sent in digital format. That is to say, in no case they will be printed or delivered in physical format.2 - Regarding the formal aspects of the illustration
2.1 - The style I will use, by default, is the one presented in the portfolio (lybonn.pb.gallery), however, I will accept suggestions. If you want a different style than the one presented, this should be clarified before starting the commission. If you suggest a change of style, once I have started the work, if I decide to accept the work you want, I will charge you extra for the work done up to that point. If you are not willing to pay extra or I do not want to accept to work in the style you suggest the job will be cancelled and I will give you a 30% refund if the second part has been paid, if you have only paid the first part there will be no refund.
2.2 - The client should be as clear as possible about what he/she needs, using visual and/or written references, remembering that we are illustrators and not conceptual artists.
2.3 - A more complicated background, a clear linear perspective, and/or an extra or very detailed character will mean a higher fee, however it will not vary much from the standard fee.3 - About the corrections to the illustration
3.1 - Once you have placed your order with the specifications you want, I will start working on a sketch, to which a screenshot will be sent to you, in order to evaluate it (with a minimum image quality). If you want any changes, this is the time to do it, if you don't do it at this moment, then we will have to increase the price due to the time invested.
3.2 - Once the corrections are done (if any), I will start working on the color process to better define the elements present. Also if you have in mind to change any aspect of the color in the illustration, you must do it before approving the color preview that will be sent to you, if you want a change once approved this step we will have to increase the price of the illustration due to the time invested.
3.3 - The client has a maximum of two free corrections, these on the other hand, will not be in large size but in small details, so we will not change the structure of the whole drawing without charging an extra (ie, there will not be a complete change of pose, clothing, background, etc., without charging an extra amount, depending on the magnitude of the change).4 - About the delivery of the artwork
4.1 - The finished artwork will be sent by the chosen contact format.5- About payments
5.1 - I will start working on the illustration once the first half of the payment is completed.
5.2 - Once the sketch is sent (with corrections, if any), the client will have to deposit the second half of the payment, in order to continue with the illustration.6- About refunds
6.1 - You can cancel your order within 48 hours with a 90% refund if I haven't started your illustration yet. If I have already started with your artwork or more than 48 hours have passed, I'm afraid the refund will not be available.
6.2 - If I fail to complete an assignment, due to personal issues, a full refund will be given.7 - Extras
7.1 - I have the right to use the assignments to promote my work, unless otherwise requested by the client.
7.2 - I have the right to modify the assignments to promote my work.
7.3 - The approximate delivery time of the illustration is approximately 10 days, it may be a little more or a little less.
7.4 - If the client does not keep in touch after one month from the first payment, I will send him/her the approved (or not) sketch in high quality, and he/she loses the right to continue with the order and to ask for a refund. The sketch will be sent to the chosen contact format.
7.5 - If the client does not maintain contact after one month from the deposit of the full payment (if the client chooses to pay the order in full), I will start to complete the order and the client will lose the right to request any kind of change and to ask for a refund. The order will be sent to the chosen contact format.
7.6 - All orders are for personal use, if the client wants to use them for commercial purposes, an extra 60% will be added.
7.7 - By depositing the first payment, it is understood that the customer agrees with the terms and conditions written on this invoice.
